These terms govern access to and use of Kendall County Released Inmates. By browsing or using any feature, you agree to follow them. If you do not accept every condition, discontinue use of the site.

Kendall County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with any sheriff, jail, corrections department, court, or government body. It helps visitors locate Kendall County and Illinois custody and release resources. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.


Nature of the Service

This private reference site is independent of government. It does not store official jail, court, release, or corrections records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

Its pages point toward Kendall County and Illinois records resources and may connect visitors with outside research tools. The agency that created a record remains the authoritative source.


Acceptable Use Rules

  • Do not use the site in violation of any law.
  • Do not use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person.
  • Do not base employment, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content.

No Warranties
